Currently serving as the Director of Development Operations for a charter school network in Houston, TX, Jolea excels in building strong relationships with key community and business partners. Her areas of specialization include Program Implementation and Management, Fundraising/Resource Development, Relationship Building, Government and Business Liaison, and Research & Data Analysis. Jolea is known for her ability to make things happen.
